The management of Ingenium has crafted a system for the Maintenance of Quality.
The SGQ is a "System of maintenance for the purposes of guiding and monitoring an organisation with reference to quality"; it incorporates all sectors of the company and all their abilities. The policy of Ingenium incorporates all its quality-objectives and contains every rule required by the organisation, the definition of procedures for the correct use of resources and the assignment of responsibility.
This quality system was designed by Ingenium with the primary aim of satisfying the following quality requirements:
• The expectations of the client;
• The production and organisational needs of the studio;
• The requirements of the regulations pertaining to quality;
• Legal obligations.
Ingenium has obtained the certification of its quality management system according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 on 2012.04.20. The certification refers to the architectural and engineering services to support architectural design, structural and systems of civil, industrial and infrastructure, feasibility studies', consulting and design of systems for the production of renewable energy also, construction supervision, project manager, coordination during the planning and execution of the work, geological services.
In order to facilitate the above-mentioned procedures, the company is undergoing a programme, devised especially to meet the needs of the company both in terms of the technical and administrative sides. The objective is to monitor all phases of the process involved in the product or service.
